I work with ambitious organisations at moments of growth or change — when strategy needs to become action, complexity needs structure and delivery needs leadership.
For over 15 years, I’ve operated at the intersection of strategy, operations and technology, leading complex, high-stakes initiatives across the creative industries, sustainability, culture and tech. My background spans global agencies, membership bodies, public institutions and purpose-led organisations, from AAA games studios and Premier League football, to COP-level climate programmes and nationally significant cultural projects.
What connects all of this work is a consistent role: stepping in as a senior partner to leadership teams to bring clarity, momentum and outcomes.
I’m a systems thinker by instinct and a pragmatist by training. I’m comfortable working in ambiguity, asking the difficult questions and translating vision into practical delivery. I don’t sit on the sidelines — I work alongside executives, product leaders and delivery teams to shape direction, design operating models and ensure the work actually gets done.

I typically work in a fractional, advisory or embedded capacity, partnering closely with senior leadership while maintaining enough independence to challenge assumptions and accelerate progress. I’m hands-on where needed, strategic where it counts, and always focused on building sustainable ways of working, not just short-term fixes.
I’m remote-first, highly adaptable and used to working across distributed teams, time zones and sectors. I bring structure without rigidity, rigour without bureaucracy, and a calm, human approach to complex work.
